Terms of use
Last updated 8 November 2026
These terms cover the popamp.app website: accounts and the skin and plug-in galleries. The Popamp player has its own open-source license. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the galleries.
The site is run by Oleg Gunyakov, Bulgaria. You can reach us at [email protected].
Your account
You must be at least 16 to create an account. Use an email address you can read and keep your password to yourself. Your user name is public. You answer for what is posted from your account.
What you upload
Upload only what you made or have the right to publish under the license you state. You keep your rights. By uploading, you allow Popamp to store your work, show its name, description and previews, and offer it for download on this site and in the player's catalog.
Do not upload:
- malware, or a plug-in that does something its description and permissions hide;
- another author's artwork, code or trademarks without their permission;
- illegal content, or content that sexualizes minors, threatens people or promotes hatred.
Review and removal
Every upload goes through automatic checks. A moderator also looks at an author's first work and at every plug-in version that asks to run programs or use the network. Moderators may reject or hide work and comments and close accounts that break these terms.
To have your own work taken down, write to [email protected].
Downloads are at your own risk
Skins and plug-ins are made by their authors, not by Popamp. A review lowers the risk but is no guarantee. Check the permissions shown on a plug-in's page before you install it. This site and everything on it are provided as is, without warranty, to the extent the law allows.
Comments and ratings
Be civil and stay on topic. No spam, harassment or personal details of other people. Use the report button if you see any of that.
Reporting illegal content
If you believe something on this site is illegal, use the report button or write to [email protected]. You do not need an account to write. Please give the address of the page and say why you believe it is illegal. We will look into it and, if you left a way to reach you, tell you what we decided. If your work was removed or your account closed and you think that was a mistake, write to the same address.
Copyright complaints
If something here uses your work without permission, write to [email protected]. You do not need an account. Please include:
- the address of the page on popamp.app;
- what your work is and where the original can be seen;
- how to reach you;
- a statement that you own the rights or act for the owner.
We may hide the page while we look into it, and the author may reply.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from the account page. Your name and email address are removed, while your published work and comments stay under an anonymous name. To have those removed too, write to us first.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, this page and its date change with them. Questions go to [email protected].
